Returning your purchase is easy. Just make sure it's returned unopened and undamaged, including the outer packaging — that is, the products can be removed from the shipping material, but the original manufacturer's packaging must remain as new and intact.

Returns Process

Please see the simple steps below.

1. Complete online returns form and email it to our Diary Shop team diaryshop@collinsdebden.com.au

2. Ensure all fields are filled in this will cover

-          Order Number (located top left hand side of your invoice starting with DS)

-          Return Authorisation number

-          Full Name and Delivery Address

-          Brief reason for the return

-        Action requested

3. Once authorisation for the return is given please ensure the goods are packed securely in the original packaging along with the returns form and address your package to

Upon receipt we will check the goods and confirm the next steps. We'll gladly give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise (not including shipping.) No re-stocking fees, no strings attached.

Processing your refund may take up to 15 business days as returns can take up to 7 working days to get back to us.
